i was very happy with the personnel at the front desk from the very beginning and throughout my stay to the last day. They were knowledgeable, skillful, expedient, and personable at all times. The hotel was in excellent order, as well as the room was well furnished and very clean. As a matter of fact, on the first day when i discovered the microwave wasn't working the front desk had a staff member come up directly, check it out and come back with a new working microwave in quick order. A big thanks for the great accommodations and service.

The staff were all warm and welcoming, and I want to especially thank Lucia at the front desk for being incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my visit. Her attentive service truly made a difference. Highly recommended!

I like that staff are very friendly.. Bed is very soft and comfortable. Price is very affordable for the king size bed that you are getting. You have an option to park at the underground parking but we opt to park near the entrance so it is easy to access if we need to leave
